999m Terms and Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions is important because they are used consistently across all sections of this document and across all communications from 999m to its players.

• "999m", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operating company behind the 999m platform at the domain 999m.im and all associated subdomains.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with 999m or who accesses the 999m platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the 999m website, including the gaming lobby, sports book, account dashboard, payment portal and all content therein.
• "Account" — refers to the registered profile associated with a unique player on 999m, through which all transactions, game activity and communications are managed.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — refers to the PKR balance held in a player's 999m account, comprising deposited funds plus any credited bonuses or winnings.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to the portion of a player's wallet that consists of deposited or withdrawn winnings, distinct from bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" — refers to promotional funds credited to a player's account by 999m, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used on the 999m platform for all transactions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any sum of money staked by a player on any game, market or event available on the 999m platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999m platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999m platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999m. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform including but not limited to: account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, communications with customer support, and participation in promotional activities.

In addition to these Terms, specific rules apply to certain games, sports betting markets and promotional offers. These supplementary rules are published within the relevant sections of the 999m platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between supplementary rules and these Terms, the supplementary rules will take precedence for that specific context.

To place wagers or access real-money games on 999m, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, email address and preferred payment method. You must ensure this information remains up to date at all times by updating your account profile if any details change.

999m operates a strict one account per player policy. This means one account per person, per household address, per shared device, per IP address and per payment method. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is considered a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, 999m reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending withdrawals and forfeit any real money or bonus balances without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 999m immediately at support@999m.im if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 999m will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

As part of our licensing obligations and commitment to preventing financial crime, 999m conducts identity verification — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — for all player accounts before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and at any point where we have reason to verify your identity.

Verification documents that may be requested include any combination of the following:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or NICOP
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days)
• A screenshot or confirmation of your registered payment method (e.g., Easypaisa or JazzCash account details)
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC or passport

Documents must be clearly legible and unaltered. Edited, cropped or digitally altered documents will not be accepted and may result in permanent account closure. 999m reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process.

During the KYC verification period, your account will remain accessible for gameplay, but withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of verification. 999m aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. VIP players with a dedicated account manager may contact their manager to expedite the process.

All deposits on 999m are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no foreign exchange fees are charged. The accepted deposit methods on 999m are:

Deposits must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to its source and any associated gameplay or winnings may be voided.

999m does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges that are outside 999m's control. Please check with your payment provider before depositing if you are concerned about any such fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified method at 999m's discretion. All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification as described in Section 4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 across all methods.

Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:

• Bronze / Silver: Standard processing — Easypaisa/JazzCash within 4 hours; Bank IBFT within 24 hours
• Gold: Priority processing — Easypaisa/JazzCash within 2 hours
• Platinum: Priority processing — all methods within 1 hour
• Diamond: Instant processing — no queue, immediate dispatch

999m reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: if identity verification is incomplete; if the account is under investigation for potential Terms violation; if the withdrawal amount exceeds the player's verified net deposit history and triggers an enhanced due diligence review; or if there is a technical issue with the receiving payment system.

Players should be aware that Bonus Credit cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering — after the wagering requirement has been met — are transferable to the Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawable. The calculation of bonus wagering progress is displayed in real time in your account dashboard under the Bonus section.

999m offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP Club loyalty rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified 999m account in good standing.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts are considered bonus abuse.
• Standard wagering requirements across 999m promotions range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated at the point of opt-in.
• Wagering contributions differ by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live casino and Teen Patti may contribute a lower percentage. Crash games contribute at the standard rate specified in the promotion terms. Sports betting may have specific accumulator or odds requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days — from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• If you make a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and the Real Money Balance remainder will be processed for withdrawal.

All games available on 999m — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, Teen Patti variants, card games and sports betting — operate according to their individual rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or game information panel. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accept those game-specific rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to internet disconnection on the player's side, power failure, server error or card dealing error in a live casino environment — 999m will apply the following resolution process:

• If a game round can be verified as complete based on server records, the verified result will stand.
• If a game round cannot be resolved due to a system error on 999m's side, the wager placed in that round will be refunded to the player's wallet.
• Disconnection on the player's side does not constitute grounds for a refund if the game round completed normally on the server.

For live casino games, the decision of the live dealer and the pit supervisor is final in the event of any dispute relating to card dealing, roulette spin results or game procedure. 999m's support team can review hand histories and dealer footage upon written request submitted within 72 hours of the disputed game round.

For sports betting, markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result within a specified time, 999m may delay settlement or void the market at its discretion. Full sports betting rules are available in the sports betting section of the platform.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on 999m. Players found to be engaging in any of the following may have their account suspended, balances frozen and winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live games, or act collectively to exploit a game or bonus structure.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, make decisions or interact with the platform without direct manual input from the registered player.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets across two accounts to meet wagering requirements risk-free; systematically targeting games with promotional conditions that create an exploitable mathematical edge.
• Exploitation of technical errors: If a technical error results in incorrect odds, incorrect payouts or an obviously malfunctioning game, players are required to cease play and notify support. Any winnings accumulated by deliberately continuing to exploit such an error will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the 999m platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gameplay intent, or as a mechanism to transfer or obscure funds of illegal origin. 999m is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under applicable laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to 999m. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

999m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraudulent activity; chargebacks; prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; a court order or regulatory requirement; or at the player's own request.

In cases of account suspension for investigation, 999m will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address within 5 business days. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated, permanently closed or whether balances are withheld.

If a player wishes to voluntarily close their account, they should contact 999m support at support@999m.im. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements. Uncompleted bonus credit will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All content on the 999m platform — including but not limited to the 999m brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, promotional materials and written content — is the property of 999m or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999m platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without 999m's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by players to 999m may be used by 999m for product development purposes without obligation or compensation to the submitting player.

999m collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 999m.im/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with and what your rights are in relation to your personal data.

In brief: 999m collects personal information that you provide during registration and KYC; transactional data related to your deposits, withdrawals and gameplay; and technical data such as IP address and device information for security and fraud prevention purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with our payment processors, KYC service providers and regulatory bodies as required by law.

999m is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity conducted within a player's means. We provide the following tools to all players regardless of VIP status, and we encourage their use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount for a defined time period. Once reached, the account is restricted from further wagers until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminder: Receive a notification after a specified duration of continuous platform use.
• Reality Check: A summary of your session activity — time played and net result — displayed at set intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 999m platform. A minimum 24-hour exclusion is available from the account dashboard. Permanent self-exclusion requests should be sent to support@999m.im.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999m shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, payment delays, game malfunctions or interruptions in internet service on your side.

999m provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game results, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999m's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

999m reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with the updated effective date shown at the top of the document. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 999m will notify registered players via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 999m platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and process any remaining Real Money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999m holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from your use of the 999m platform that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described below.

In the first instance, any player dispute or complaint should be submitted to 999m's customer support team via email at support@999m.im or via the live chat facility on the platform. 999m will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex cases involving game history review or payment investigation may take up to 14 business days to fully resolve.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution service specified in 999m's gaming licence conditions. Details of the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body are available upon request from support@999m.im.
